I employ technology in my classroom to help students access media visually, and through auditory means. I give extra time to students who need it, and challenge students who show signs of lack of challenge. I meet with students one on one frequently to see how they are doing with their materials, and allow them to ask questions that they may not want to ask in front of the class. I engage in WIN time with my students, allowing them to get the help they need. I engage parents to keep educating their children through resource material at home. I teach in a variety of styles during a single lesson, enhancing each subject with a physical element. Though I am very prepared and my lesson plans are detailed, I am able to react to students abilities. If a student is not picking up what I am teaching, I am able to transition to another style, or to provide assistance where needed.
